Klame is operated by Crowtech Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Klame collects when you use klame.io and the Klame apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
- Photos and their locations: photos you upload and the place each one is pinned to on the map.
- Names you suggest or klame: place names you propose, bids you make and klames you hold.
- Groups and messages: groups you join, people you invite and chat messages you send.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To run Klame: show your photos and names on the map, run auctions and fulfil orders.
- To keep Klame safe: we check uploaded photos and klamed names before they appear publicly.
- To contact you about your account, bids, klames and orders.
What other people can see
You choose whether each photo is private, shared with a group, or public. Klamed names are shown on the public map. Names you suggest are visible to you and your group.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Klame (such as hosting, email delivery, payments and printing for orders you place), or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can view, change or delete your photos and account details in the app. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, email privacy@klame.io.
