Klame is operated by Crowtech Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using klame.io or the Klame apps you agree to these terms.

Klame names are not official

Names suggested or klamed on Klame are shown on Klame only. They do not change, replace or affect any official name of a place, landmark or geographic feature. Sky names on Klame are not recognised by the International Astronomical Union or astronomers.

Klames and auctions

A klame is a right to choose the name shown for a place on the public Klame map, for the term you buy (a fixed term, a subscription or lifetime). When you win an auction, the card you saved when bidding is charged. Every klamed name is moderated before it is shown, and if a name is rejected we refund what you paid for it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and names you add. You give Klame permission to store and display them as your privacy settings allow, and to use them in atlases and posters you order. Only upload photos you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, suggest names that are hateful or impersonate others, or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Orders

Printed atlases and posters are made to order by our printing partners. Delivery times and costs are shown before you pay.
